Anti-DRG1 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody of the IgG isotype supplied by Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against DRG1 and presented unconjugated. The target migrates at a molecular weight of 41 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 158–367 of human DRG1 (NP_004138.1). Validated for Western blot, the reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples at a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal; concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
