Anti-DRD4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises DRD4 and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and detects DRD4 in mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human DRD4 (NP_000788.2).

The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation with a reported molecular weight of 52 kDa, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
