Anti-DRAK2 (I286) Antibody

Raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide spanning the region around isoleucine 286 of the human DRAK2 kinase, this polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes the endogenous DRAK2 (DAP kinase-related apoptosis-inducing kinase 2, encoded by the STK17B gene) protein.

DRAK2 is a stress-responsive serine/threonine kinase implicated in programmed cell death, JNK pathway crosstalk, and negative regulation of T-cell receptor signaling. The reagent is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows and detects the target in human, mouse, and rat samples, making it useful for studies of apoptosis induction, immune cell regulation, and lymphoid tissue expression in research settings.

Each vial contains 50 µl of antibody at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at pH ~7.2.
