This unconjugated Mouse monoclonal IgG1 reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 100 µL vial and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry workflows on human and mouse samples.

DR5 (Death Receptor 5), also designated TRAIL-R2 and TNFRSF10B, is a TNF receptor superfamily member that transduces TRAIL-mediated apoptotic signaling through the extrinsic cell death pathway. Researchers investigating cancer cell chemosensitization, tumor necrosis factor signaling, or receptor-mediated apoptosis routinely probe DR5 expression to map death receptor activation and study ligand-induced cytotoxicity in tumor cell models.

The unconjugated format supports flexible pairing with HRP-conjugated, fluorophore-conjugated, or biotin-conjugated secondary antibodies of the investigator's choice. Aliquoting upon first use and frozen storage help preserve monoclonal antibody activity across multiple experiments, and each vial is intended for research use only.
