Anti-DR4 (D430) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DR4 (D430) and is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 401-450 of human DR4, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of DR4 protein. The unconjugated antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa.
