Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets DR1 and is generated using recombinant full length Human DR1 as the immunogen. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.
Purification is performed by affinity-chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody recognises endogenous levels of the DR1 protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 19 kDa.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The host species is Rabbit and the isotype is IgG.
