Anti-DR1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting DR1, supplied by Antibodies.com in unconjugated form. The reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–176 of human DR1 (NP_001929.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 19 kDa.

Reactivity is stated for human, mouse and rat samples. The catalogue listing cites applications including WB, IHC and IF; manufacturer data indicates the antibody has been validated for WB, with a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000.

The antibody is provided as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
