A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against DQX1 (L595). Supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot, the reagent detects endogenous levels of DQX1 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 560–610 of human DQX1, and the target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 79 kDa.
The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
