Anti-DQX1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and targeting DQX1, a protein also referred to as ATP-dependent RNA helicase DQX1 and DEAQ box polypeptide 1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human DQX1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total DQX1 protein. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.

Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
