Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent against dihydropyrimidinase-like 3 (DPYSL3), this unconjugated primary antibody recognizes the ~62 kDa cytoskeletal regulator also known as CRMP4 and DRP-3. Distributed by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl aliquot, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and mouse samples, supporting work in neuroscience, tumor biology, and TDP-43-associated neurodegeneration.

DPYSL3 belongs to the collapsin response mediator family and contributes to axon guidance, neuronal polarity, and cytoskeletal remodeling through interactions with tubulin heterodimers and Rho-family GTPases. It has been investigated as a downstream effector of PI3K-Akt signaling and as a biomarker in gastric, lung, and breast cancer research. The polyclonal antibody pool allows recognition of multiple epitopes, useful when probing post-translationally modified or splice-variant forms of the target.

Store the antibody at -20 °C in small working aliquots to minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles, briefly centrifuge the vial, and equilibrate on ice before use. For Western blot, 20–40 µg of total lysate per lane resolves the band near 62 kDa, and IHC on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections can be performed with citrate-based antigen retrieval followed by HRP-polymer or fluorescence secondary detection. For research use only.
