Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the DPYS protein and is raised in rabbit. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It was generated using recombinant full-length Human DPYS as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of DPYS protein.
The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 57 kDa. Following affinity purification from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, the purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
