Anti-DPYS Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting DPYS. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. According to the manufacturer, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 250–519 of human DPYS (NP_001376.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified, with a reported molecular weight of 54 kDa. For Western blotting, a working dilution of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is recommended. The product ships at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image is provided.
