Anti-DPYD Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPYD), raised against a synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of the human protein. Supplied as a 50 µL liquid at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting and ELISA and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, allowing detection of endogenous DPYD levels across species. It is produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent and purified from antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, ensuring selective binding to the target.
