Anti-DPYD Antibody

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-173 of human DPYD (NP_001153773.1). The target protein is reported with a molecular weight of 112 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000, and the concentration is reported as lot specific.
