Anti-DPPA2 Antibody [D62-5]

DPPA2 (Developmental Pluripotency Associated 2) is a nuclear SAP-domain protein that supports chromatin organisation in pluripotent cells and is highly expressed in mouse embryonic stem cells, primordial germ cells, and a subset of germ cell tumours. Clone D62-5 is a mouse IgG1 monoclonal raised against mouse DPPA2, validated by Antibodies.com for Western blot detection in mouse cell and tissue lysates. The reagent is supplied as a 100 µg liquid preparation in a single vial and should be kept refrigerated, with aliquotting recommended to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles. It is widely used in stem cell and developmental biology workflows to confirm pluripotency factor expression in mouse ESC and iPSC cultures, profile DPPA2 levels in primordial germ cell models, and characterise germ cell tumour samples where DPPA2 is re-expressed.
