Anti-DPP7 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against human DPP7, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The 100 µl aliquot supports Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows targeting dipeptidyl peptidase 7, a cytosolic proline-specific aminopeptidase of the S9 prolyl oligopeptidase family.

DPP7 (also called DPPII or quiescent cell proline dipeptidase) is broadly expressed across human tissues and contributes to quiescent-cell metabolism and to the trimming of N-terminal Xaa-Pro dipeptides during antigen processing. Because the formulation includes 50% glycerol, the antibody remains liquid at -20 °C, making frozen storage straightforward; short-term refrigerated handling is also acceptable.
