Anti-DPP6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting DPP6, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody is reactive with human DPP6 and is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated reagent of IgG isotype, raised in rabbit. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 117-210 of human DPP6 (NP_001277182.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 105 kDa.

For Western blotting, the recommended working dilution range is 1:1,000-1:2,000, and validation has been demonstrated by Western blot analysis of extracts of 293T cells. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
