Anti-DPP4 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against DPP4 (CD26), mapping to an epitope within amino acids 490–618 of the human protein (NP_001926.2). The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated for use with a secondary detection reagent of choice.

This antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The DPP4 target has a reported molecular weight of 105 kDa.

The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
