Description
Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody to DPP3, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against recombinant full length Human DPP3 and detects endogenous levels of DPP3 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, with an IgG isotype. Purification was carried out by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 83 kDa.
