Antibodies.com offers a range of Anti-DPP3 antibodies targeting the DPP3 protein, available in both rabbit polyclonal and recombinant rabbit monoclonal formats. All variants are unconjugated antibodies validated for western blot, with selected polyclonal options also validated for immunohistochemistry and the recombinant monoclonal additionally validated for flow cytometry. Polyclonal variants react with human, mouse, and rat samples, while the recombinant monoclonal [23GB5190] reacts with human and rat samples.

Each antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline containing glycerol and sodium azide as a preservative. The DPP3 target migrates at approximately 83 kDa. Polyclonal antibodies are raised against recombinant human DPP3—either a fragment corresponding to amino acids 1–280 (NP_569710.2) or the full-length protein—and detect endogenous DPP3 levels. The recombinant monoclonal clone [23GB5190] is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from human DPP3. Recommended western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for polyclonal variants and 1:1,000–1:5,000 for the monoclonal; flow cytometry is recommended at 1:200–1:2,000. Polyclonal antibodies are affinity-purified, with one variant reporting purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Products are shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery, aliquot and store at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
