Anti-DPM1 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets the DPM1 protein and is raised in Rabbit. It is unconjugated with an IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent recognises DPM1 with a reported molecular weight of 30 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human DPM1 (NP_003850.1). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. Shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
