Anti-DPF2 (E174) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets DPF2 (E174), a member of the double PHD fingers family of proteins. The unconjugated antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 140-188 of human DPF2 and detects endogenous levels of DPF2 protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
