Anti-DPEP1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets DPEP1 (also referred to as DPEP1/MDP) and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 17-385 of human DPEP1 (NP_001121613.1). The target protein DPEP1/MDP has a molecular weight of 46 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. For Western Blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:500 to 1:2,000, and the concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
