Anti-Doublecortin (K292) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Doublecortin, an immunogen corresponding to amino acids 271-320 of Human Doublecortin. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 45 kDa. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

Validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
