Anti-Doublecortin Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the Doublecortin protein and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1 mg/mL in liquid form (PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide). The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human Doublecortin around the non-phosphorylation site of S378, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA workflows, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples, where it detects endogenous levels of the Doublecortin target. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
