Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DOR-1 (F345), available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human tissue, and the product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 320–370 of human DOR-1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of DOR-1 protein. The reported molecular weight is ~ 35, 50 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
