Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against DOK7 and supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg2+ and Ca2+) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated, IgG-class antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography using a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human DOK7 as the immunogen, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of total DOK7 protein. Recommended applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with validated reactivity on both human and mouse samples — a useful profile for laboratories studying neuromuscular junction formation, MuSK signaling and related synaptogenesis pathways. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity. Intended for research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
