Produced in rabbit hosts and supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this 100 µL antibody recognizes the intracellular docking protein DOK7, a 62 kDa cytoplasmic adaptor expressed at the postsynaptic membrane of the neuromuscular junction. DOK7 is required for full activation and clustering of muscle-specific receptor tyrosine kinase (MuSK), and loss-of-function mutations in the human DOK7 locus cause recessive forms of congenital myasthenic syndrome. Researchers studying MuSK signaling, agrin-independent synapse formation, and CMS patient biopsies rely on the reagent to probe endogenous protein in mouse models and in human skeletal muscle sections.

Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, the antibody cross-reacts with both human and mouse DOK7, making it a single reagent for comparative studies across species. It is supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated polyclonal serum, allowing laboratories to choose their own HRP, biotin, or fluorophore conjugation chemistry and to titrate for low-abundance targets in tissue lysates. Store refrigerated and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity for long-term neuromuscular research programs.
