DOK7 (Docking protein 7) is a cytoplasmic adaptor essential for full activation of muscle-specific receptor tyrosine kinase (MuSK) and postsynaptic specialization at the neuromuscular junction. This unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, was raised against DOK7 and validated for Western Blot (WB) detection in human and mouse samples. Researchers studying congenital myasthenic syndromes (CMS), MuSK-related signaling, agrin-induced clustering of acetylcholine receptors, and postsynaptic differentiation use this reagent to probe endogenous DOK7 expression in skeletal muscle and motor neuron-derived cell models. The antibody is provided as a 100 µl vial, is host Rabbit with polyclonal clonality, and is intended for research use only. Each lot is affinity-purified and supplied in a stabilizing buffer suitable for standard immunoblotting workflows, including SDS-PAGE separation followed by transfer to PVDF or nitrocellulose membranes and chemiluminescent detection of DOK7.
