Anti-DOK6 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as part of their primary antibody portfolio, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the DOK6 (Docking protein 6, also known as DOK5L / Downstream of tyrosine kinase 6) target. The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of human DOK6 and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of total DOK6 protein. The 50 µl format is supplied as an unconjugated Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of approximately 1.0 mg/mL. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with both human and mouse samples.
