Anti-DOK6 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit recognizes DOK6 (Docking Protein 6), a member of the DOK family of cytoplasmic adapters that mediates downstream signaling from receptor tyrosine kinases. DOK6 is expressed predominantly in neural tissues, where it supports neurite outgrowth and interacts with the Ret kinase, and the antibody has been validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications on human and mouse samples. Provided as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum suitable for multiplex labeling experiments and standard immunodetection workflows, the reagent allows researchers to investigate DOK6 expression and localization across neuronal and non-neuronal cell types.
