Anti-DOK4 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175624)

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the DOK4 protein and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–326 of human DOK4 (NP_060580.2) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with five scientific validation images provided. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 37 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The concentration is lot specific. Shipments are sent at 4°C; on receipt the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
