Anti-DOK4 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against DOK4. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant protein of human DOK4, and the reagent is reported to detect the endogenous level of total DOK4 protein. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, and the isotype is IgG.

Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
