DOK1 (Docking protein 1) is a 62 kDa adapter/scaffold molecule that acts downstream of receptor and non-receptor tyrosine kinases, with phosphorylation at tyrosine 362 representing a key activation mark generated by Abl family kinases during growth factor, integrin, and immune receptor signaling. This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the phospho-Y362 epitope and selectively recognizes the phosphorylated form of DOK1 in cell lysates and tissue sections. The unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling comparative studies of DOK1 pathway activation in immunology, cancer biology, and tyrosine kinase signaling research. Each vial contains 200 µL of stock reagent; the polyclonal format allows robust detection of the phosphorylated target across multiple epitopes surrounding Y362. For handling, aliquot upon first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and refrigerate the antibody to preserve phospho-specific binding activity. The product is intended for research use only.
