Anti-DOK1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets DOK1 and is raised in rabbit. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human DOK1 (NP_001372.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 52 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
