Anti-Dok-2 (R293) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Dok-2, supplied under the Antibodies.com brand. The reagent is unconjugated and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 271–320 of Human Dok-2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Dok-2 protein. The expected molecular weight is ~56 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
