Anti-Dok-2 (phospho-Y299) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Dok-2 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 299. The unconjugated reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is raised in rabbit. Reactivity is reported for human and mouse samples.

Per the manufacturer, the antibody was generated against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Dok-2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 299. It detects endogenous levels of Dok-2 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr299. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 56 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
