Anti-Dok-1 (R392) Antibody

Antibodies.com supplies a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against the Dok-1 protein. The unconjugated reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 360–408 of Human Dok-1 and specifically recognises endogenous levels of Dok-1 protein.

SDS-PAGE analysis indicates a purity greater than 95%, and the target migrates at approximately 62 kDa. The product is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Two scientific validation images are available.
