Anti-Dok-1 (phospho-Y362) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against Dok-1 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 362. The reagent is unconjugated and formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Dok-1 around the Tyr362 phosphorylation site. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Dok-1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr362, corresponding to a target band of approximately 62 kDa. Purity exceeds 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen.

Suitable for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF / ICC-IF) applications, the polyclonal antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
