Anti-Dok-1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the cytosolic adapter protein Dok-1 (Docking protein 1, approximately 62 kDa), which acts as a negative regulator of Ras-MAPK signaling downstream of receptor and cytoplasmic tyrosine kinases in hematopoietic and other cell types. Raised against the human target, the antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples, with reactivity confirmed across all three species.

Each vial contains 100 µl of unconjugated antibody at 1 mg/ml, formulated in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Short-term storage refrigerated; for longer-term use, aliquot and freeze at -20°C to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles and preserve binding activity.
