Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent recognizes DOCK11 (Dedicator of Cytokinesis 11), a member of the DOCK-D subfamily of atypical Rho-GEFs that preferentially activates the small GTPase Cdc42. Produced by Antibodies.com, the antibody is supplied at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blot detection of the endogenous protein in human, mouse, and rat samples.

Each vial contains 100 µL of liquid antibody stock, ready for dilution into standard immunoblotting buffers. Investigators studying lymphocyte signaling, B-cell cytoskeletal dynamics, immunological synapse assembly, or the contribution of Cdc42 pathway activation to cell migration, adhesion, and tumor invasion can use this reagent to probe DOCK11 expression across primary immune cells and established lines of the listed species. The polyclonal format enables recognition of multiple epitopes on the target, which is helpful when investigating splice variants or when a monoclonal reagent yields weak signal.

Because the antibody is unconjugated, it pairs cleanly with HRP- or fluorophore-labeled secondary antibodies for chemiluminescent or fluorescence-based Western blot imaging. Store the glycerol-containing stock at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from prolonged light exposure if downstream secondary reagents are light-sensitive.
