Anti-DNTT Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes DNTT, the protein also known as TdT. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 10–124 of human TdT (NP_004079.3) and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The target protein is detected at approximately 55 kDa / 58 kDa. Shipping is at 4°C; upon arrival the reagent should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
