Anti-DNMT3L Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated antibody to DNMT3L is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human DNMT3L and is affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples.
