Anti-DNMT3B (H7) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this reagent targets the DNMT3B protein and is provided in unconjugated form. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of Human DNMT3B, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Dnmt3b protein. It is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target has a molecular weight of approximately 110 kDa.
