Anti-DNMT3B Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit-derived IgG preparation raised against DNMT3B and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence workflows on human samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human DNMT3B, and the antibody recognizes endogenous levels of the total DNMT3B protein. It is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified polyclonal at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
