Anti-DNMT3B Antibody

Raised in rabbit against human DNA methyltransferase 3B (DNMT3B), this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The 50 µl pack size supports a high number of western blot and immunohistochemistry experiments, where DNMT3B can be detected at its expected band position in cell and tissue lysates. DNMT3B catalyzes de novo CpG methylation and is widely studied in the context of epigenetic gene regulation, X-inactivation, genomic imprinting, and tumor biology, with altered expression reported in many cancers and in ICF syndrome.
