From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting DNMT3B, supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 345-475 of human DNMT3B (UniProt Q9UBC3). It has been affinity-purified and is provided in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 110 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:200-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Three scientific validation images are available.
