Anti-DNMT3A Antibody [Assigned #A10844]

A rabbit monoclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targeting DNA (cytosine-5)-methyltransferase 3A (DNMT3A), the de novo methyltransferase responsible for establishing CpG methylation patterns during embryonic development, gametogenesis, cellular differentiation, and X-chromosome inactivation. Supplied unconjugated in a 100 µl vial, the antibody is validated for western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples.
