Anti-DNMT3A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against recombinant human DNMT3A (DNA cytosine-5-methyltransferase 3A) and detects the endogenous level of total DNMT3A protein. Supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified antibody at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, the formulation consists of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺. The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), making it suitable for a range of cell and tissue-based detection workflows. It shows broad reactivity across Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, an important advantage for cross-species studies of DNA methylation regulation. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
