Description
Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against DNMT3A and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has isotype IgG.
The immunogen is recombinant full-length human DNMT3A, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of DNMT3A protein. The product is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the target has a molecular weight of approximately 102 kDa.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
